No quibbles, we are so confident in our quality and service if you are unhappy with your framed art from The Framed Picture Company you may return it in it's original condition for a full refund!

To do so simply e-mail returns@fpco.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, preferably with your reason for return, and we will give instructions to proceed based on the item.

Further Terms

1. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

2. Proof of purchase may be required e.g. valid order number.

3. The refund does not include delivery charges and may be paid by cheque.

4. This guarantee does not cover prints from your photos, only framed art from our online catalogue (due to the variation of photo quality from different sources).

5. This guarantee is limited to 1 order per customer and a maximum value of £250 per customer. This is a genuine offer to allow customers to sample quality without risk and not intended as a free sampling service.
